There are lots of speculation about the numbers of players retention, some frenchise asked for as many as 8 retention whereas some were asking for no retention and this may could be the frenchise which is least stable . BCCI regularly wanted to hold a meeting with all frenchise ower to decide about the numbers of ipl player retention
